1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using this website, or by engaging any of the services offered by Néstor Martínez Batista (Power vs Force), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or the services.

2. Nature of the Service

The services offered comprise two distinct areas:

  • Technology consulting and AI automation: design and implementation of automation systems, artificial intelligence agents and technology architectures for businesses and creators.
  • Personal exploration sessions: one-on-one sessions using Kinesiological Muscle Testing and the Map of Consciousness, based on the methodology of Dr. David R. Hawkins and devotion to non-duality and radical truth. Their purpose is to explore the client’s state of consciousness and energetic patterns.

Personal sessions are conducted entirely by Néstor Martínez Batista, individually and confidentially.

3. Important Notice — Complementary Nature

Personal exploration sessions are strictly complementary and personal in nature. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment or certified therapy of any kind, and do not, under any circumstances, replace a certified health professional (physician, psychologist, psychiatrist or other licensed therapist).

If you are experiencing a mental or physical health situation that requires professional attention, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

4. Price and Payment Method

The price of personal sessions is determined at the start of the session itself through kinesiological muscle testing, with the client’s express agreement before the work begins.

For technology consulting services, the price will be agreed upon in advance through a written quote.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Sessions are booked through the external calendar available on this site. If you are unable to attend, please notify us of the cancellation as far in advance as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Néstor Martínez Batista and is protected under the intellectual property laws applicable in Spain. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express written authorization.

7. Technology Provider

The technical development of this website and of the AI automation systems is the responsibility of Néstor Martínez Batista, a specialist in automated AI systems and advanced technology, who carries out this activity through Naturmakers SL (trade name: Dual Presence), Tax ID (CIF): B11968575, registered address at Calle Alejandro Dumas, 17, Oficinas, 29004, Málaga, España.

8. Limitation of Liability

The results of the sessions vary and depend on multiple factors specific to each person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Power vs Force will not be liable for decisions made by the client as a result of the content shared during the sessions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page along with the corresponding update date.
